This 5,000 square foot home was a renovation and addition to an existing ranch style house in a modest neighborhood in West Ashley. Positioned on a gorgeous lot with breathtaking 260 degree views of the Ashley River, this Client/ Architect/Interior Designer team worked in full collaboration to create a modern yet warm, textural and inviting home that captured the vision of our client perfectly.

Featured here is the open dining and living room with split-faced stone fireplace surround and flush recessed television masked by a Mary Edna Fraser-commissioned batik, powder room, master bathroom with sliding slat wall, and a glimpse of the luxurious master bedroom. Other features of the home include a custom corner wrapped wall of curly maple open shelves, floor to ceiling glass wall encasing our client’s extensive antique salt and pepper collection, custom artist finished kitchen cabinets, and an expansive back porch capturing the river and marsh views.
