This well-loved cottage in Riverland Terrace always had it's charm, including a perfectly curated English garden. The new homeowner wanted to keep that charm and expand upon it, while making it more functional and more to her taste. The footprint was reconfigured to allow for an open and well-organized kitchen, a colorful laundry room, and a spacious and serene sunroom overlooking the garden. Elegant and timeless finishes were incorporated with original details - all of which served to bring the cottage's special character back to life.
