industrial modern apartments

This 435-unit apartment complex is geared toward young professionals, and needed a distinct design that honored the history of the property while appealing to modern tenants. The design team worked to create amenity and support spaces, inspired in style by the historic sawmill that once stood here, to play the important role of attracting and retaining residents.

The scope of the project included the design of the main sales center, lounge, test kitchen, game room, café, bike storage, dog wash, small movie theater, bar, library, and independent work space. Featured here are only a few glimpses of some of those spaces through renderings created in Revit. Currently under construction, this project is set to open in early 2024.
