A new construction in the Old Village. This home was designed in a classic Southern style, but needed to reflect the fun, laid-back aesthetic of a family from Los Angeles. The result is a blend of Charleston and California: contemporary cool with a Lowcountry twist.

Beyond the exterior – painted a charcoal color to give the farmhouse-inspired architecture a fresh, bold look - a sleek modern kitchen with layered textures of wood, stone, and leather, set the tone of the house. This carries through to the family room, where relaxed textiles create a warm, lived-in atmosphere while highlighting the gorgeous view just beyond the statement windows.

A personalized en suite was created for every member of the family. Featured here is a luxurious primary bath serving as a serene escape, as well as a glimpse of the children’s spaces, designed to reflect their personality in fun, but timeless ways.
